Novory Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Novory ("the app") helps readers track the books they own and read, and avoid re-buying books already owned. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's handled.

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We don't track your behavior across other apps or websites, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

Where your data is stored

Your library data is stored on your device. If you sign in with an account (email/password or Google/Facebook), your library data is also stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, so it can sync if you use the app on more than one device signed in to the same account.

Third-party services this app uses

Your choices

You can use the app without creating an account — your library then stays entirely on your device. If you create an account, you can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us (see below); we will delete it within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Novory is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially (for example, if we introduce advertising or new third-party services), we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
